MTSFlow provides tools to help businesses request and manage customer feedback and Google reviews.

You agree to use the platform:

  • In compliance with Google’s review policies

  • Without sending spam, fake, or misleading communications

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • All activity that occurs under your account

  • Ensuring you have permission to contact uploaded customers

  • Send misleading, deceptive, or incentivized review requests

  • Attempt to abuse or reverse-engineer the platform

  • Use MTSFlow for unlawful or harmful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • MTSFlow is offered as a subscription service

  • Fees are billed monthly unless stated otherwise

  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

Access will remain active until the end of your billing period.

5. Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

  • It may have usage limits

  • Abuse of trial access may result in termination

  • Conversion to a paid plan may require payment details

6. Marketing Communications Consent

By signing up for MTSFlow, you consent to receive:

  • Product updates

  • Service announcements

  • Marketing and promotional communications

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Service-related messages will continue as necessary.

7. Third-Party Services

MTSFlow may integrate with or rely on third-party services.
We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party platforms, including Google.

8. Disclaimer

MTSFlow does not guarantee:

  • Specific Google rankings

  • Review volume or rating outcomes

  • Business growth results

Results depend on market conditions, competition, and user activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTSFlow shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, or reputation

  • Outcomes related to Google ranking changes

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

  • For violations of these Terms

  • For misuse of the platform

  • To protect the integrity of the service

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United kingdom.
